The location, only a few meters from the train station. Our room has a full view of the Matterhorn which is fantastic Nothing

There were good breakfast options, as a gluten free traveller I was disappointed to see there were no gluten-free granola options on the second day. There was demolition across the road, but this was outside the control of the hotel.

Friendly, clean hotel in great location

Staff are super friendly and the place is very clean, especially the pool and spa area. Five minute walk from train station and shops. Right next to river & walking distance to tourist attractions.
