  内装、デザイン、朝食、立地全て良かったですが、スタッフの方のサービスが皆さん良かったです 特にレセプションの男性スタッフはとても親切で、このホテルのサービスが良かったと記憶に残るコミュニケーションの取り方だったと思っています

The hotel was amazing. We would love to come back. We would have liked an available coffee station and earlier breakfast time.

I can't imagine a more perfect place for a stay in Zermatt.

The location is ideal...within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, the train station, and the Matterhorn Museum, yet off the beaten path, so the setting is tranquil. Stunningly designed, every detail perfectly reflects the fact that this is the Alps' most iconic mountaineering community. Our room was spacious and over-the-top comfortable in every respect. (I wish I had taken pictures to share. Even the bathroom was spectacular!) We loved our flower bedecked balcony. The made-to-order breakfast was perfect. And every member of the staff was friendly, courteous, more than willing to help with every request. (We especially appreciated being picked up at the station. Thank you, Tim!)
