- 10.0 per cleanliness
Multiple guests comment on immaculate, well-maintained rooms and public areas; laundry/cleaning handled proactively (e.g., hotel cleaned a stained T‑shirt at their expense).
- 10.0 per service
Predominantly excellent: staff repeatedly described as friendly, attentive and quick to resolve issues (AC fixed promptly, responsive reception). One guest reported a serious negative experience regarding family-friendliness/racist vibe, but the overall volume of positive service reports is very strong.
- 10.0 per location
Consistently praised: short walk to the city centre, museums and restaurants; close to metro/overground connections and bakeries.
