Location was great, although being a family of 4 on a long holiday, not having a lift and being on level 4 was not ideal

Location and facilities were great NO LIFT and beds were super uncomfortable

great location, fair price, the room could’ve been more comfortable

great location The hotel is in a great location, but the room was uncomfortably warm and stuffy. Despite the cool October weather outside, even running the fan didn’t help much.

  Lovely spot and clean apartment

Location is absolutely amazing. Apartment is clean and hosts are friendly and responsive! The apartment was lacking a few things that would be helpful eg there were a few coffee pods in a bowl but no teas, no UHT milk, no washing powder, no serving plates if you cooked, spray for surfaces, teapot tongs etc. The pillows and mattresses were average comfort.

I like the massive bedroom with comfortable mattress. They provided nice, clean, fresh scent sheets. There were plenty storage for your clothes and stuff. We stayed only for a night so we did not really cook but kitchen is equipped for all basic needs. The walk-in shower had fantastic water pressure and plenty of hot water, which was perfect after a long day of traveling. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable to use during our stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location is excellent. It is just a 4 minutes walk to the famous Chapel Bridge and 8 minutes to Lucerne train station. "I would love to stay here again next time I visit." The pillows were clean and fresh but quite flat. The bedroom was hot however there were 3 elec fans in the apartment and that sorted it out. Windows were great too but we decided to open only one as the elec fan did the job to cool us down. We stayed on the 3rd floor- no elevator but it never bothered us.
