Fantastic location and room, can make small improvements

There was a lovely guy that worked during the day that was really chatty and bubbly, the room was clean, comfortable and the location was fantastic. On the first day of arrival, not being able to check in early there was no soap in the bathroom downstairs and was expected to use sanitizer until I asked for access to a room to wash my hands. The breakfast quality wasn't the best...
